"Live Peace – Speak Kindness – Dwell in Possibility" ~Amanda Tapping

More socks!

I have my daughters socks done! Finished them on Sunday and she loves them!

I really love this pattern, it is so easy to memorize and it was my first time working short rows too.

I am now working on a pair for myself in a different colourway, it’s Bernat Sox in Wooded Denim. The colourway that I used for my daughters was also from Bernat Sox in Pink Camoflauge. I have a picture posted in the previos post. My Mom saw my daughters sock and also fell in love with them. She begged me to make a pair for her also in the same colourway as mine. When I have the first sock done, I’ll try to remember to post a picture of it.

If anyone is curious about the pattern its on Ravelry and its called Antique Rose Socks by Diane Mulholland. (You need to be a member of Ravelry for the pattern.)

I do have to say that I think that I have become the Queen of Un-Knitting! As I was working up the cuff (these are toe up socks) I some how added 4 stitches on one of my needles and didn’t notice for at least 16 rounds! I was almost done with it too! *headdesk*
